Guest guest Posted March 29, 2000 Report Share Posted March 29, 2000 I forgot to add at my neorolg. visit today. when going over the reports, ( I brought copies of my own) and he had just looked over his copies and I had highlighted and asked what it meant. " The cerebellar tonsils are above the level of the foramen magum. " He said oh that you for pointing that out that means you don't have chiari 1 I really think they just look at the bottom line that says Essentially Unremarkable Cervical mr. It also says At C3-4 in the left paracentral region on the sagittal views only, there is a small osteophyte identified. I'm told by dr. this is nothing maybe arthritis or something.
