wacma:NCC questions for out of state patients of Dr. Heffez

Hello All, I was wondering since I forgot to ask, when you sent in

your MRI's to Dr. Heffez , did he returned them with some formal dx of what

he read on your MRI's. I didnt ask him. I was very nervous, and also was

writing as fast as I could , but forgot to ask .

When I told my PCP about his report to me , he said Hmm, I wonder why the

radiologist didnt see it . I just said ,I trust a Specialist in the field

more than I trust a radioligist.

I also told him that Dr. Heffez believes most of my symptoms are FM related

, but if I worsen make a appt . I told him everything I could remember

about no neck therapy and to start posture therapy asap.

His only question was for me or Dr. Heffez to get some documentation to

him so it can be reported in my medical history for further treatment .

I know that you have said to call Mimi in the past , but I am sure that my

MRI's have been sent out already . MyPCP leave for vacation end of this week

and would like to know how detailed Dr. Heffez's dx is , so that he may

treat me before he leaves.

dx with fm/cfs in 94

dx with chiari 1 and other neck problems 03/00 by Dr. Heffez

Posture therapy required for 3 months

Symptoms more FM related at this time, and No surgery scheduled

many symptoms such as , major headaches, weakness and chronic pain on rt.

side , heaviness in arms and legs, fatigue, dizziness, spasms, insomnia,

short term memory, optic nerve pits in rt. eye ( congenital), double vision

and shadows , slurred speech at times, constipation...etc
