It's good that you passed your stones. I just finished my 10th cleanse, and

that's about all I passed this time. , it'll be different every time

you do the cleanse. Next time might be larger stuff. See, i asked people

this question the other day: Is the stuff in layers in our GB?

The reason that I ask this is because it's so different every time. I

remember one cleanse and I passed mostly sand/sludge stuff, some very small

tannish stones.

This cleanse I had pea sized and colored stones, small ones, and some were

very light green and aqua colored. Then I had light green sludge. It's just

crazy.

About the coke recipe, no, I haven't tried it, and I also was wanting to know

if anyone else has. But next time I may use magnesium citrate instead of ES.
