Guest guest
..38 is NOT too low when you are on oral thyroid meds. Mine has been at 0.02 for several years till recently when I must have had an antibody attack which raised it. Most the people I know on Armour have a TSH below 1 and if you have no hyper symptoms you are not on too high a dose. You need to either interest your doctor in dosing you by the Free Thyroid hormone levels or find one that will. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
I find it more rejuvenating than anything. I think my body was in dire need of it when I started. My blood pressure has totally normalized since starting it, not only normal but great numbers. We use nothing but sea salt for everyone in the house now. Guest guest
hi....not at all. What whole salt does is restore balance in your cells. When you are deficient in it...and then take it,..you will KNOW by the difference. Guest guest
I wonder if those who experience the most benefit from sea salt aren't low in aldosterone. I know most doctors don't usually test that. I'm looking for a new doctor and want to have that testing, as I suspect I am hypoaldosterone and need Florinef. Guest guest
Okay, so I WILL drink salted water tonight. I had my first dream in about a year last night. It is so wonderful to have had one! wrote: >>So there's no energizing effect...in other words, it would not keep me up if I drank salted water in the late afternoon or early evening, right?<< None at all! Have you been tested for adrenal autoantibodies? When you go to the new dr, make some demands, even if the dr isn't totally cooperative. If they give you flack, say, " I'm sure you're right, but just humor me. These are the tests I want... " IMO, if they want you to do the ACTH stim test, tell them no if you have to go off HC. They can test everything independently without the stim test, and you could just say that you're concerned that you'll have an adrenal crisis. It's hard to do, but it's time for us to take back our medical care. We're the customers! I just hear a drug commercial that said, " Your doctor will decide if you can take X drug, " and I thought, like hell they will! Why are they the only ones who know what's good for us? They need to work WITH us! Warmly,
