- vision - need help please

Hi , Over the past few weeks or possibly months, my close-up vision has become worse and worse. It seems suddenly worse this week. I can barely read or see the computer, and my job depends on both. Do you think this is aging or could it be related to withdrawal? I am 44. I have only had my current glasses for 1 year. Before that I had the same pair for 8 years with no problem. I am attempting to use my health insurance to get new lenses. Someone else in my company got away with doing that. But if it is withdrawal or temporary, that would be a waste of money. By the way my night vision seems okay. Thanks so much!!!
