Guest guest
i am so sorry this ortho is not returning your messages. I definitely understand your frustration! You should not have to put up with this. Is there a supervisor or anyone above him? Angie and jenna --- In Plagiocephaly , " juloyes2003 " <juloyes@m...> wrote: > I'm very frustrated. Guest guest
, That really stinks. Aren't they aware that this is a time-sensitive treatment that they are offering? Can you fire off a formal email letter copying some medical supervisory entity letting them know that they are accepting payment for a service they are not providing? How about just showing up at the office without an appointment telling that you aren't leaving until you are seen? I don't know what to tell you. If the redness is due to a fit issue or growth spurt, you all definitely need to be seen asap to take advantage of it. He'd really putting you at the mercy of his bad manners, you know? Guest guest
, I am so sorry!!!!! I guess you just have to think positive that Monday will fix all your troubles and just consider it a delay in starting. Maybe you should make an appt for Tues today as well. Don't give up! You can do this. JT was just banded at 9 months. Good Luck!!!!Kathy (mom to JT DOC 10/30@9mos NJ) --- In Plagiocephaly , " juloyes2003 " <juloyes@m...> wrote: > I'm very frustrated. Guest guest
Hi , What about calling the Dr. that gave you the script? Maybe some pressure from them might help. I'm sure the Center would not want to hurt the relationship that they have with the Dr., as that may mean less referrals. We missed our neuro appt. yesterday because of the closed interstate (we drove for 8 3/4 hours straight), but you can be sure when we finally have our appointment, we will be mentioning the troubles you are having at the Center. I know that they refer a lot of babies to them, and hopefully some pressure will be put on them to treat their patients better. This is uncalled for, and it sure gives me lots of doubts about using their helmet. I will voice my concerns though. My thoughts and prayers are with you. > > I'm very frustrated. Guest guest
, I would be mad too. This not the type of treatment that you or should be receiving. I hope you get a handle on this real soon. Dustie --- In Plagiocephaly , " juloyes2003 " <juloyes@m...> wrote: > I'm very frustrated. Guest guest
, I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles. We used the same center to get a helmet for my son , and it didn't work out. If we had to do it all over again, I'd have searched for alternatives. Please email me if you want -- I don't read the list regularly. - mom to , local helmet dropout, IN --- In Plagiocephaly , " juloyes2003 " <juloyes@m...> wrote: > I'm very frustrated.
