Howdy all,

I haven't updated you all on my vv for a while. My PT had me order a set of

dilators. I don't have trouble with penetration but do have some knots

inside the vagina that need to be released. Maybe Tom can explain that?

I called Syracuse Medical Center and asked for the [ introductory package of

four dilators] The price with shipping was 38.50. They are one extra small

13 mm, on small 22 mm, one medium 29 mm and one large at 35 mm. That would

be 1/2 inch, 7/8 inch, 1 1/8 inch and 1 3/8 inch.

They did ask me for who was treating me and I am not sure if you need to

say, but her name is Holly Bruns MPT

5920 100th St. S.W.

Lakewood, WA 98499

The place to order them is long distance

They are very well made and can be autoclaved, so they do very well in the

dishwasher..

She also gave me a list of names of 99.9% pure aloe vera and what is good.

The sheet she gave me said s had no Aloe in it, so I took the sheet to

my HFS. They say it is structured molecularly different and it will and

does help and is good stuff?

You can call 1- and ask for a print out of Aloe Test Results.

Aloe Master International and high results, the next one is R Pur Aloe the

Pur Aloe. s showed no Aloe but the HFS swears by it and sells high

quality merchandise. Their email is yhealth@...

I can't find their homepage???

Another popular brand, " 's Always Active Aloe " contains ABSOLUTELY no

measurable active ingredient!

Here is another brand.

If anyone can find s home page, please post it.

Next, she did hot moist packs on the vulva and it was soooooooooo soothing.

Stayed with me a long time. I had always heard cold but she said for

itching and burning hot helps a lot of us. She is going to order me a

small, vulva sized one, for home, called an OB GYN hot pack.

This is the PT's homepage but she works in the Lakewood office.
