Hi everyone

My name is Christy and I'm 30 years old. I've been married almost 9 years

(no kids) and I work full-time as an accountant. I just joined Weight

Watchers for the first time last Wednesday (my 2nd meeting is tomorrow). I

didn't do so well for the first few days because I started in the middle of

the week and I didn't have time to sit down and look over everything and

plan. So I don't know if I will have any weight loss this week. But once

the weekend rolled around, I sat down with all my WW materials and I made

some plans and I strictly followed my plan on Sunday, Monday, and today. I

feel great and I feel very motivated by this plan. I've been overweight

since I was about 22 years old (when I broke my leg and stopped all

activity and ate way too much). I've tried everything you can think of to

lose the weight. I had my yearly check-up last week with my OB nurse

practitioner and she pointed out how much weight I had gained and she

recommended WW. My weight last Wednesday was 224.5 and my goal weight is

120. I'm looking forward to this journey with all of you.
