Guest guest
This is the first time that I have posted with this group, but I have been reading it for some time. My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2001 and with LBD in 2005. I feel that he had LBD all the way along, and it was just misdiangosed by the first neurologist. My husband is now very paranoid and although I do have power of attorney and take care of all financial matters, he still wants an acconting of the money. If I give him an accounting, he is not careful with the pages and often they land up in the garbage unshreded or he attempts to make phone calls to the various financial institutions. He is unable to communicate very well so he does not get ver far on the phone. If I do not give him an accounting that he just tells me I am stealing his money and what a terrible wife I am etc. I know this is very common behavior, but what I am looking for our some ideas on how to prevent these arguments. Any suggestions would be appreicated.
