As I understand it, if the daily average temperatures fluctuate too

much than means more adrenal support is needed - correct? If so, how

much of a fluctuation is too much?

I used to use more than .o2 of a degree if it happens more than 3 times a week

it is too much.

You used fluctuations of . 02 not .2? My temps have been

fluctuation by at leat .1 or .2, I don't even measure them to .02.

I'm already taking 20 mg of cortef per day, isn't it a lot to go

higher? How much do you take? On average how much do others here

take?

Sorry my decimals are off.. .2 tenths of a degree, in other words 98.6

one day and 98.4 the next is OK .. if oyu go 98.6 , 98.2, 98.5 this is

not as good
