Lol.. I haven't done quite that but I am forever losing the remote (and most everything else) without moving from my bed. An increasing problem for me is cognitive vision; I can look at the remote without seeing it:( I have had to train myself to put it in the same place always, but of course I often forget!

Wasn't there a horror story called The Fog? Now I find myself living it, lol.

It is a necessary thing, and due to so many hotflashes a day I got one with a remote so I will not have to get up and change it when I am no longer having a power surge. Last night was a bad night, and I had it on and off all evening long. Until I could not find the remote. Then I realized how spoiled I am. I looked everywhere, turned over my recliner, felt through the cushions, and looked under everything. All this to no avail. Finally disgusted with my ADD Fibro Fog head, I decide to go to bed. I thought one of the girls had taken it and misplaced it. They denied any contact with it. How could it disappear from this room. I fussed and yelled. No remote. That's a good idea...I have trouble playing my keyboard

because of humidity. My fingers stick to the keys, which doesn't make for

nice peaceful muslc :=(

Don't do the fork thing, eyes are precious! I was looking for a

particular remote (we have 4 of them) and the one I wanted has a door

that keeps falling off. So I found the remote, but not the door. I looked

all over the place for it and finally got ticked off and threw the remote

across the floor. The next evening I needed it to program the tv (our

power kept going out all day) and when I bent down to pick it up the door

was laying right next to it!
