Yes. My back never bothered me before...something new. It hurts in the

area where my adrenal glands are. Strange.

I have also had back pain with hypo and adrenal as the cause./ When I

was severely hypo it was horrid, but once my adrenals gave out it was

more constant but not as severe, still one more thing to put up with

that causes stress.

Yes, I've had low back pain with adrenal symptoms, absolutely. I bought a

new bed too, and bought my saddle specially made so that I could ride in a

more " chair-like " seat because of my back.

isn't it amazing the power over our MINDS adrenals have? I have

Heights here, too, and amusement rides. I went on the Cyclone Roller coaster

in Convey Island with son Richie and was in bed for two days after, lol!

Low back pain, Shoulder pain, muscular weakness. It was all pretty

constant. My adrenals were pretty well shot. I've been on isocort

for about a month now, at 20 for about 2 weeks as I had to work up to

it and the pain is diminishing. Hang in there. It gets better. Have

been able to saddle my horse again and get on. Not saying I did much

when I got there. But a few weeks ago the only way I would have

gotten on is to have someone throw me over his back like a sack of

potatoes!

Since going on HC, I now actually have the nerve to work with my horses, and

have actually gotten on my green mare a few times. Before, I was so afraid

to do anything with them, afraid of getting into a situation I couldn't

handle. I had no idea it was the adrenal fatigue that was really screwing

with my mind so much. I thought I had turned into a big whimp!

, I am amazed at this as well! I haven't been out much to test

my fear of driving off a bridge into the water underneath, but my fear

of spiders has calmed (off course with the exception of the spider in

the toilet episode!)

The other night there was a small spider crawling around my ceiling.

Pre-HC, I would have been up half the night, convinced the it was

going to end up on me or it would walk over to the kids' rooms & bite

them, and certainly it was poisonous, etc.

But instead, I looked at it, realized it was small, thought about it

for a second, and thought, hmmm, it's small, no biggie. And I went to

sleep. Just like my husband would do when I used to wake him up to

get the spider in the middle of the night. He thought I was smoking

crack!

Now, looking back at it, I can understand why!

<Whew> absolutely! It just amazes me at how much these hormoens affect our

mood, and our personality, even!

I had bad lower back pain caused by a Vitamin D deficiency my NP

picked up on. I had general aches & pains too, but the back pain

became so bad my DH had to lift my legs in the car for me. Hurt too

much to do it myself. I have mild adrenal fatigue too. But the back

pain went away after about a month on 2000mg/D per day.

You may have a spinal misalignment. See a

chiropractor.
