Guest guest
As I am sitting in my grooming shop this AM I was thinking and wondering if any of you use aromatherapy to destress? I can tell you a few of the oils that I use in my shop that I find REALLY help me feel better. This mrning I put Soearmint oil in my diffusers. I find it clears the sinuses, wakes me up and makes me feel really happy. Other days I use Lime and Cloves together. Then there are days when i am feeling like remembering old days when I put Patchouli or Vetiver in the diffusers. These both blend well with cloves. Orange oils have an antiviral quality and help clear the air of germs such as colds and flu bugs which I use often in the Fall and Winter. Cedar covers odors! Also is relaxing to smell. This si one of the ways I have set my grooming shop apart form others in my area, promoting a spa atmosphere rather than a smelly dog shop!
