Well, last night I made a milkshake, as I also bought some ice cream and malted milk balls. But you can make lots of things with it, omelets, chicken salad, chop up veggies for soups or salsa, guacamole. Also make fruit smoothies. They give you a recipe book too. Lots of things to make with it, and easier than a blender. With a blender, it's hard to get all the stuff out of the bottom, cause the blades are in the way. But I only ever make one thing in the blender, because I mostly like to eat the same thing over and over. Fruit smoothies.
