Boy is this true???? all of the females in my immediate family grew all the

way through college...........my dad and brother too.

I was 5'6 " in 7th grade thru age 19. I grew another 1-2 inches (depends upon

who does the measuring lol) after age 19.

Is this a ds thing?

This is great news! I'm glad she's doing so well :-)

If it helps, my granny was just under 5 foot tall. She was smaller than all

of us and we *all* looked up to her.

My Bear didn't grow any more after entering puberty and is about 4'

7 " . I've never made a big deal out of it and neither has she. Relax, .

Lots of people are under 5 feet tall.

Oh Deirde,

I am so sorry. We are only picking up our band tomorrow so I cannot

answer your question, but I cannot imagine the thrill of the end

almost being there and then to have it pushed back. Kathy (mon to JT

to be banded tomorrow, NJ)

-Hang in there. 1 month will be here before you know it. You never

know may have a big spurt and be done before then.

Deidre,

That spot can be pretty stubborn. My fingers are crossed for a HUGE

growth spurt.

Hang in there. You will be amazed of the results after one month.

I know it seems forever, but it will go by so quickly. Dallas CT

women are great...they want the best for your child :)

Good Luck!!

Deidre,

I know exactly how you feel--the same thing happened to us this

week! It is a bummer, but at least you have a (small) light at the

end of your tunnel now too! And yes, her progression has slowed

majorly lately. Her first band results (in her photo folder) were

amazing.

Hi ,

Don't worry, this can be very normal. stayed the same with the second cast. Your RVAD went down, which is so awesome. That is great, I am really encouraged by your visit. I bet you will get great results next time. was at 30 in his 1st cast, 33 in his 2nd cast and 23 in his 3rd. Try not to worry, (I know it is hard) but this happens alot.
