I checked out a book that others had recommended on another support group, called " All About Fibromyalgia " by Wallace (blue cover). It's pretty deep on the medical background for me, but I definitely found some things that helped me understand, not to mention there was an excellent chart about natural herbs, what they do and their " side effects " (pertaining to FM, I think) and which ones were no or little side effect, which I'm going to copy. You might also try and Noble online - many times they have free shipping, if you want to purchase the book(s). I'll let you know when I'm finished what I think, if you'd like. If I don't get to answer your email right away please forgive me!!!!!! I know I'm skipping around on my mail but will try and find just that one cause I would LOVE to read it!!
