Guest guest
I think most of us with long term Fibromyalgia have trouble bathing or showering. I set myself one thing a day to do. Bathing or showering counts as that one thing... there's the pain involved plus the intense fatigue. I have to allow over an hour. This in spite of having a walk in bath with an integral raised seat. I don't dress either except to go outside, and all my clothes are elasticated to make dressing easier.
