Guest guest
Hi , I believe mag citrate or mag taurate are best. Magnesium oxide is the most common kind, but I don't think it helps. Guest guest
Dear It is quite all right to have an "oops" once in a while - you are so helpful and send your messages of love to everyone. I enjoy reading your replys. You must be a very special person. And - to me she is " the Great!" There is no one who can ever equal what she does to help people she does not even know and to do so unselfishly. You are both an inspiration to me - keep up the good work - I do what I can by forwarding e-mails and trying to get the word out about the dangers of drugs, all drugs. Stay informed and stay healthy - remember, there is not pill that is good or that does not have side effects! Guest guest
Dear Patti, It is quite all right to have an " oops " once in a while - you are so helpful and send your messages of love to everyone. I enjoy reading your replys. You must be a very special person. ~~~~Thanks! I still have so very much to learn. And - to me she is " the Great! " There is no one who can ever equal what she does to help people she does not even know and to do so unselfishly. You are both an inspiration to me - keep up the good work - I do what I can by forwarding e-mails and trying to get the word out about the dangers of drugs, all drugs. ~~~~You are so right, it's just a pity there are not so many more people like in our world. My GP said to me that they no longer perscribe seroxat (paxil) so I asked about citolpram and he said its a good drug, I asked how can it be, look at what that did to me last summer, he told me I was unique. Are all the people who react to citolopram, effexor, etc??? One day they will get it.........they are just a tad slow on the uptake! But for now at least people that go to my surgery are spared seroxat (paxil) We just have to keep working at getting the truth out, that's all we can do. With love to you and le, x

Guest guest
thank you all for being here. thanks to whoever started the group and everyone who posts. i am getting my life back... i think. everythig is starting to make sense and i am actually learning to accept myself which is a thing i've only apparently *tried* to do in the past. it will take some getting used to by other people. i already forgot to remember to stop rocking when my husband gets home... he had been home about ten minutes and we were talking and i realized the whole time i had been transferring my weight from foot to foot so i was rocking side to side. he didn't say anything or even look uncomfortable so i guess he is ok with it. i just don't want to hide who i am or what works for me. i know since i started back to rocking i have not done the self-injury plus it makes me feel calm even though i have to help earn another 200,000 extra freaking dollars....i guess i will have to come up with the equivalent of half of it, realistically speaking, if we share expenses, since we both make about the same amount... we are not getting divorced at this point even though i have sort of a 'don't touch me' attitude... not even mad, just like i can't be touched right now... except if he puts his hand on my back with a little bit of pressure. that's ok. whatever. anyway, thank you all. i can't even express in words how much difference it has made to find this group and the stuff online about high-functioning autism and aspie stuff. rhonda
