Guest guest
Hospice is still holding our hand through this long and hard times. My mil is doing as good as expected they have been saying any time now for days. I know noone knows when the lord will summons her but the unknowing and waiting is extreamly hard. The Chaplin said that we have already moarned for our mother a while back when we lost HER, her brain and now we are just moaring the soon to be lost part of her body. It made a lot of since. I have a couple of questions. Everyone keeps asking me if we are going to do an autopsy on her brain. Because she is Hospice an autopsy is not required. I called around and found out that our local coronor does not do this kind of autopsy nor do they have any info about it. They all said it had to be a private autopsy company. Do you know any info about doing a autopsy of the brain for dementia? What is everyones opinion re: this subject? If anyone has done this were they happy with the report? What does it really tell us? We strongly agree with our LBD dianoses. But everyone is saying we NEED to do this for us and for our children. Please let me know if you have any thoughts on the subject Thank you Allie Thank you so much for your time Allie
