Any publications from TLETS is a FELONY and trust me they will pursue to find out how the information leaked out to the public. Alot of other people besides Medical proffesionals as we are read the stuff that is on this list server. We had better watch out what we put on the server before someone ends up in a lot of trouble. Guest guest Posted January 21, 2001 Report Share Posted January 21, 2001 , in the case of the Texas Escapees, you will prob need to contact the DPS Command Center in Garland. They are the ones sending the media information to the best of my understanding, and what to release to the general public (everyone but Law Enforcement). I would not want to say ask your local LE agency, because you will probably get referred to the ones sending out the information via TLETS to the LE agency, which starts at the command center. Your LE agency may or may not give you such a briefing, but it dont hurt to ask.
