Just in case people are getting confused.

REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement and is a normal part of our sleep pattern. The

problem that our loved ones experience is RBD (REM Behavior Disorder). It's the

acting out of the dreams during REM sleep where you see the kicking, screaming,

punching.
