Guest guest
I was sailing along at about 98.6 for a while, then my September readings averaged at 98.4, but lately my temps are lower around 97.7. I haven't changed the cortef I take. I'm already taking 20mg a day, I hesitate to increase it. I've been trying to increase my thyroid because of neck pain (now taking 75mg a a day) but I think we're supposed to keep increasing H/C until we get to a good temperature and before increasing thyroid, right? Val, what can cause a ddrop in temp after it's been ok? Do you think I should increase cortef? Elyse

When temps FLKUCTUATE, eith er UP or DOWN on a daily average temp graph it meas poor adrenal support. LOW temps just simoly mean you need more thyroid.
