Guest guest
Between the efforts of 2 kids and 2 cats, my tree has been knocked down 7 times. And I just keep putting it back up. Ug. Guest guest
Any way to bolt it into the wall, ? Real tree or fake? Ahhh... your message reminds me of why I only considered putting up a tree for exactly 1.9 seconds LOL. Hey - you're trying. That puts you about 335264277 steps ahead of me. Keep trying. Guest guest
Marc put up the tree yesterday. After standing there glaring at him for a minute, I went upstairs and played computer games for hours while he and listened to Christmas music and decorated it. It wasn't so much that I was worried about ERic and the tree; it was more that I just actively don't give a crap this year. The way I figure it, we're going to my mom's for Christmas, she'll have a tree, why the hell bother? Any other year, I'd already have had all my presents bought and wrapped, and the tree up two weeks ago. THIS year, I am almost too depressed to move. BUT, Marc did start building me a light box the other day...thankfully he knows what's going on. At dinner yesterday I just started crying, and he was pushing me to tell him what's wrong, and finally I said, " Nothing. Nothing, really. So I'm going to go upstairs and play MORE computer games, because if you keep asking me I'll start dredging up stuff and making a huge deal about it, okay? Stuff I'm really not upset about -- but I could GET upset about if I need an excuse. " He left me alone. Smart man. :-) Jacquie
Guest guest
Oh Jacquie! I hope he gets the light box done soon and it helps. Do the tanning boothes help this condition at all? I am really not knowledgable about this condition at all. Feel happier soon, okay? But had one already for putting it up (come to think of it, she ought to get more than one point for daring to put up that tree). The score will be 2 Tree 1 At least I hope so. You know, I can't blame the guy for getting confused. Today, I cleaned up the downstairs, stripped the beds, did four loads of laundry, put sweet and sour chicken in the crockpot and made all the ingredients for fried rice, so he'll have a good dinner at a reasonable time. And it's only 1:48. Welcome to what it's like to be me. Each day brings a brand-new freaking mood and level of capability!
