Guest guest
That Putter is just too, too adorable. Nice try, kiddo. Maybe in the next life you'll meet a mom who would fall for it LOL!!! As far as your " coke please " story, well thanks for the laugh. That was truly funny, but scrolling down, I didn't think for a moment it would be anything BUT funny. I like Putter so much. Grace Robbie was not willing to give up his only engine. They pushed each other and shouted rude things. Then Putter took my hand and he shoved it at Robbie, saying " POOPY! " Ha, ha, now THAT'S a great way to get rid of your irritating little brother; make him go get his diaper changed. But Robbie was NOT poopy and I did not remove him. So Putter took my hand again and shoved it towards Robbie, " Ready to go SLEEP! " he said. Wrong, again, poor Putter. Robbie was NOT ready to go to sleep, not in the least. Guest guest
Yesterday I intended to pick up Putter and then drop off Robbie at home so , anxious to earn money for family Christmas presents, can babysit him. We stopped off at Mc's and I got, among other things, a Happy Meal for Robbie. We were several miles down the highway before Robbie asked for his Happy Meal and I realized that I had got the drink but had never received the meal itself. Robbie was screaming for his Happy Meal and so I returned to get the meal. They remembered me and had kept the meal and off we went again. It was now too late to drop Robbie off at home so we all went on together. I handed Robbie his Happy Meal but he told me, very politely, " No, thank you. " SInce I was driving I did not then and there strangle him and my rage was over by the time we reached Dr. Warner's office. So we did the appointment with both Robbie and Putter. They almost immediately began fighting over trains. Robbie had one engine and Putter had a train consisting of three engines and five cars. Putter felt that he should also have Robbie's one engine. Putter is always a reasonable soul. Robbie was not willing to give up his only engine. Finally, I made a little private circle of track for Robbie behind a chair and Putter, shaken by the unfairness of life in allowing Robbie to have an engine, spent a nice stimmy few minutes getting, according to Dr. Warner, back into his neurological comfort zone. LOL Barb: Putter's psychologist and I were thrilled. But we had to put an end to the pushing for fear that someone would get hurt. Neither an NT two year old nor an ASD five year old has a very good assessment of the safety issues involved in pushing. Putter looks more normal with Robbie or Sophie than anyone else.
