Mostly his mind was on sex perpetually, but his perseverance was the theatre. More as a spectator than a contributor. He was said to waste his talents and considered ahead of his time. From the movie: Wilmot, Earl of Rochester: " I do not mean to upset people but I have to speak my mind because what it in my mind is always more interesting than what is happening in the world outside my mind.
