Hello everyone, Im new to the list. My name is Phyllis and I have

just been recently told that I have multiple gallstones.

I havent read to many of the posts but was wondering if someone could

maybe give me some advice. I want to get rid of these things before

they give me problems. I also have hepatitis C and other health

problems. The reason why I'm mentioning this is because of my poor

health I wouldnt want to go through the terrible painful experience

that everyone is telling me about. I guess none of us want to go

through that!

Anyway..any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Phyllis

Hi Phyllis,

Welcome! I would recommend you get a copy of Dr. Hulda 's " The

Cure for all Diseases, " or one of the other liver related diet books

talked about on the curezone website... (a lot of people here like Dr.

Cabot's diet)...maybe others will post their preferences. I have been

following (or trying to) a good bit of Dr. 's methods, for about

two months now, and have done 4 liver cleanses(see previous, fairly

recent posts). I'm convinced that a healthy diet and lifestyle will go

a long way to helping restore health. The other thing I strongly

believe in is Chiropractic care. A healthy spine is necessary, IMO, to

maintain optimum health. If you are interested, you could write to me

directly about it. There are people on this list who have struggled

with gallbladder problems for years, and have saved them from being

surgically removed, so I would encourage you to plod through the

archives for encouragement as well as knowledge. I didn't find this

group until after I'd had my GB removed, but I believe I'm on the road

to saving my liver.
