The Multiple Association of America gives out free cooling devices with just a

doctor's note saying you have MS. http://www.msaa.com/programs/cooling.html

If you're trying to sell something to the group, that most certainly is spam.

Desinie,

Which one do you have? I live in a humid environment, so I guess I need gel

pack-style.

My Aspie son was in the US Army for two years, most of that time was spent

in Monterrey, CA to learn Korean and he loved that part. He couldn't deal

with the other stuff in the military, though, and got discharged, due to a

'personality disorder', their catch-phrase.

hello D,

Does the US military have a policy against aspies ?

The Australian military is different in:

Dont ask, Dont Tell, with us is it doesn't matter

& we dont have any policy against aspies, it is measured on a case by

case basis.

What is your son doing now ?

Cheers

Not as far as I know. They didn't even figure out he was an Aspie, I did.

He's working for Verizon.

Hi D,

My parents refuse to acknowledge that there might be something

different about me. As for the determination of Aspie Dom, it was

done by myself and my very understanding partner.

Why Verizon, is he an TI Geek, I am ?

Cheers

I don't understand that type of denial. I'm also self-diagnosed, but hope to

get an 'official' diagnosis at some point.

It's hard to find an understanding partner.

I don't know what the " TI " stands for, but yes, he loves computers. He also

does all of his socializing on-line, as do I.

My parents had the same mind-set.

I like to be touched by the right people, not just anyone. I definitely hate

'bear-hugs', ugh!

And what's " IT " stand for? :)
