Guest guest
ka, do you have insurance? Get to your doctor and make he/she help you. I was in much the same situation till a few days ago. I slept for 3 days straight last week!!!! I am now on Effexor, Wellbutrin, Symbax and Topomax. (I also take thyroid and suboxone for pain) I know that is alot of meds but it's working for me. I was on the Effexor and the Wellbutrin when I felt horrible though. When the other two were added is when I started feeling better. Heck, I am even going through hydrocodone detox and in fairly good spirits! Also is your pain being managed? I have always felt that there is no way I can feel good emotionally when I feel horrible physically. Just know that there IS light at the end of the tunnel and we are all here for you. Hannah Pasisz----------------------------------------------www.starbrightdesigns.net Unique hand-crafted jewelry+all pieces are one of a kind+ for the last 4 weeks I have been nothing but a emotional wreak. All I want to do is hide in my bed. I dont want to do anything but sleep and stay at home... I am afraid of what everyone around me is thinking... I am afraid I will be single forever... and that nobody will ever love me. Friday night was very bad for me... I admit it I was sitting on a pitty pot but it was because I am lonely. I have only a hand ful of people that I can talk to about my pain... and that is 3 that are close to me who can give me a hug when I need one. I have very few friends now... and most of them dont understand my fibro or my pain... they think that I am as normal as they are... and I can go back to work... But I cant physically or emotionally handle work at this point in time. I am just feeling so lonely that I dont know what to do anymore... And on top of everything I am totally exhausted. I dont feel good... I have no energy what so ever. I hate feeling like this!ka
Guest guest
Thats the fatigue talking - You've accomplished quite a lot lately. Think about that for a minute. At some point we quit worrying about what others think. BTW fall seems to put lots of people in a funk even under normal circumstances. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
{{{{{{{{{{{ka}}}}}}}}}} So sorry you are feeling the way you are. Depression is a monster in its self. It steals who you are and takes away how you want to be. I hope you can recognize it is the depression that is talking not you. We all love you and you have more friends than you think. Guest guest
Hi , I know what you mean about loneliness. I just moved here to North Carolina from northern California. I don't know a soul here. My husband was home for 3 weeks when we moved here but now he's back to work. That's a good thing cuz he was driving me crazy, but it's lonely not knowing anyone. I had friends I could talk to in Calif. and while I can call them it's not the same. I'm missing my other daughter and grandkids too. When I'm feeling like this it seems to me that my pain levels go up too. My outlet is groups like these. I know that I'm understood here. I don't have to go into long explanations. You guys just know. Still I'd sure like to have someone in the flesh to be with. We're humans and we need other people in our lives. Hope you start feeling better soon. I, myself, have been mostly in bed and very, very depressed. I hope that the depression lifts soon and you see the light at the end of this dark tunnel you are in. healing hugs, Sundra ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here

Guest guest
ka, I completely understand how you are feeling. I hate getting out of bed, and usually stay there til my husband gets home. Then I stay on the computer for hours, sometimes til 4 or 5 in the morning. I'm even neglecting my gecko and snakes, I just don't feel like doing anything at all. I've got papers from my lawyer on the SSDI appeal that I should have filled out and returned a week ago, but just haven't felt like it...I can't even figure out how to fill them out! (I'm BiPolar, and that's what my primary complaint was, then I was dxd with fibro, and I don't know if they want these papers filled out for the fibro or the BiPolar disorder, so I've tried calling both my lawyer and Social Security. It's such a mess, and I just don't want to deal with it. cyn At 09:38 PM 11/1/2004 +0000, ka wrote: for the last 4 weeks I have been nothing but a emotional wreak. All I want to do is hide in my bed.
