MSA = multiple system atrophy

CJD (mad cow disease) is a rapidly progressive disorder. People are usually

dead within a year of diagnosis. The progression is quite different from DLB.

One small study of CJD brains showed that the two disorders were confused:

Thanks for donating your mother's brain, and making plans to donate your

father's. As mentioned, the diagnostic accuracy of DLB is less than 33%.
