I have to agree with , it is unlikely that you would see this kind of

improvement in so short a time if it were just candida.

But, that said, I am delighted that you have discovered something that helps.

What did you cut out from your diet. It seems fast, two days to wellness.

How can yeast be killed off that fast just from changing your diet? Wouldn

t you initially feel worse from a yeast die off?

I am wondering if you have a food allergy.

Hi everyone, some good books to check out are chronic fatigue syndrome

and the yeast connection, the yeast syndrome and the back to health

yeast control. The first two books I got from the libary and the third

you can order at 1. All of these books talk about how

yeast can mess up your endocrine system, immune system etc. I have

been on the antifungal and probotics since the 12th. And the yeast

free diet. My depression went away in two days. From what my doc siad

and from what I have read this could be the under lineing cause of

Alot! of things. Thanks Steph
