I was taking alot of supplements before I talked with and they were the following:

Whole Food Complex Multivitamin

Ascorbate C in powder form (1000mg)

Probiotic - Bio-k plus w/ Acidophilus

Echinacea & Goldenseal

Magnesium (800mg)

Calcium (1200mg)

Flax, Fish, & Borage Oils (800mg for each)

Aged Garlic extract with Brewers yeast

Vitamin E (800mg)

B complex 50 (Thiamin 100mg, Riboflavin 100mg, Niacin 100mg, B-6 100mg, Folic Acid 800mcg, B-12 100mg)

I took them approx. at 11:00am when I eat lunch all at one time.

had me switch the Multivitamin to Supralife Ultra Body Toddy and Mineral Toddy - 1oz of each (question - Do I need to up my dosage of the Toddy's now that I have adjusted to the current dosage, taken at 11:00am, and added the Carlson's Fish Oil 2000mg at 11:00am and 1000mg at 6:30mg, and told me not to take Calcium and Magnesium at the same time, so I take the Magnesium at 11:00am and the Calcium at 6:30pm, I also was told to take 3000mg of the Vitamin C and I decided to split the dosage to 2000mg at 11:00am & 1000mg at 6:30pm. At 's suggestion I also started taking the HY-C 3 caps and K-C 4 caps daily at 11:00am. The instructions say to take these dosages 3x daily, but I can't afford to take that many caps of the HY-C and K-C. But if says it will really make a difference to take HY-C 3 caps/3x daily and K-C 4 caps/3x daily I'll see what I can do to accomadate this.

In the past couple of weeks I have added the additional supplements which I hadn't yet got around to telling . I decided to add them after reading up on how to control hypoglycemia nutrtionally. These supplements are as follows (which I also take at 11:00am) CO Q 10 50mg, Beta carotene 25,000mg, DHA 100mg. I added the GOL perfect green food 5 caplets daily (3 caps at 11:00am and 2 caps at 6:30pm) after reading about "the makers diet". Maybe I'm going overboard with the supplements, but I just want to be sure I'm getting all the nutrients and vitamins I need to stay healthy. Both my parents died of cancer so I'm alittle paranoid about what I need to do to accomadate a nutrient rich diet with supplements to help me to be preventive with the cancer.

I hope that I've answered all your questions.

Forgive me if I'm being dense here....but did know you weretaking a bunch of supplements besides the one she recommended? I askbecause it's important to have the full picture when makingrecommendations.Could you please make a list of the supplements you are taking that recommended, names, doses and times of day, and then anotherlist of other supplements you are taking (also with names, does andtimes). If you've made recent additions/subtractions, try to give alittle time line. This is all very important in trying to understand a person'ssymptoms. Sometimes supplements can work against each otherchemically, as well. And if you are changing things frequently, that's tough on the chemistry and can cause more symptoms. Thanks for the positive feedback, BTW!

It's very, very important NOT to add or subtract anything from one of

's protocols without discussing it with her. Otherwise, you

may well be wasting the time and money you're putting into this

process, and you could be causing yourself additional problems!

This goes for everyone. If you want to avail yourself of 's

years of accumulated knowledge and expertise, then you need to do

EXACTLY what she suggests. Otherwise, you're not going to benefit from

the things she recommends. There is absolutely no sense in getting a

carefully designed, individualized protocol if you're going to add to

it or subtract from it at will.

SUPPLEMENTS ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY. Please be careful about what

you put in your body.

Regards,

Kim
