Guest guest
rewards for behavior and > rewards for > weight loss. It got me thinking I need to have incentive, there is so much that I need to lose that the loss alone isn't quite enough to keep me going all the time. Here are some things I am planning: 1. Buying something new to wear to my sister-in-law's wedding (on Halloween!) I am hoping to drop a size in the meantime, so I'm not shopping yet! But even if I just fit into my current size-better-so many people will be there that I haven't seen since before I started losing weight--I'm excited! 2. I have informed my husband that whenever I fit into a size 6--anything--even if it is stretchy:)--he will immediately have to leave work and take me shopping. I need to think of some good short term goals, though.
Guest guest
Here are some of my rewards - 10 pounds - Get my hair professionally colored 20 pounds - Splurge on some really good makeup. Maybe get a makeover somewhere. 30 pounds - New workout clothes 40 pounds - Have a portrait taken of myself and my son. I don't have any " formal " pictures of us. Lori and the Kids Sarasota, FL Dalton - Boy Kid Andele - Dog Fur Kid Tara - Cat Fur Kid 206/202/130 - 4 pounds Back OP since 9/14/
Guest guest
>crossing legs *a personal favorite*, Now that you mention it-this sounds awfully silly, but I love when I am at goal because I can not only cross my legs, but also tuck the foot that is crossed in back of the other one. Just a few extra lbs and poof! This weird " skill " is gone! I will think of some more... Kay

Guest guest
Oooh! My brother is going to give me a makeover for Christmas. It will be a double present since he does NOT know that I've lost weight. (Imagine! The last time he saw me I was a size 20. By Christmas I'll be a size six, I bet!) He's going to be so surprised! > Re: Rewards > > > Here are some of my rewards - > > 10 pounds - Get my hair professionally colored > 20 pounds - Splurge on some really good makeup. Pedicure New clothes for the start of school. I plan on: Laser surgery on my eyes in January Perhaps another tattoo (maybe not for everyone...) Cruise when Roy and I are both at goal. > Rewards > > > There was a thread a few days ago about rewards for behavior > and rewards for weight loss. It got me thinking. Guest guest
If you have a Walmart near you, they are selling all of their summer clothes for CHEAP! I picked some up because I'm going to California during Christmas break. I fear, though, that they will be too big. (Oh. Darn.) > Re: Rewards > > > My biggest concern now is I'm going to Hawaii in December. > The shorts I > have now don't fit.
