Guest guest
I have trouble lying down...if I lay on one side I get agonizing pain in my hips, and if I turn to the other side it hurts there too. So then I lay flat on my back and my spine " locks up " and I can't sit up or roll over. I have to take extra pain meds and wait for them to work before I can get up. cyn At 07:19 PM 10/23/2004 -0700, deb rongholt wrote: I was wondering if anyone has this problem? Weather iam flare-up or not I can not lay in bed or anywhere for longer then 2 hours. After 2 hours I am in such pain it usually doesn't go away all day. Even 2 hours gives me pain so can't do more. Anyone else like that???? Guest guest
Cyn, I have the same problem in bed. Exactly. It takes forever getting out of bed when you're in pain and stiff as a board. Its my left hip that gives me the problem so I usually sleep on my right side. Then to my back and back to my right side. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
Ouch! I've done that at times...it makes me wonder what the heck I'm doing when I'm laying unconscious to the world! cyn At 09:37 PM 10/30/2004 -0700, Deborah Younce wrote: I love it when I manage to sprain a knee in my sleep?
