In an effort to rectify these issues, I request members to please offer your help. I would appreciate it if members would take the time to email me personally (taime @ optonline.net)and express your concerns and more importantly solutions to these concerns. This is a parent support group, and we support every type of plagiocephaly treatment, whether it be DOCband, STARband, locally made helmet, or repositioning alone. Bottom line here is we all want the best outcome possible for our pride, our joy, our children, irregardless of the type of product or treatment being used. I am saddened to see many members so frustrated with the group's direction or " biased " as many have described it. If that is how it is coming across, please rest assured it is un-intentional and we will do whatever we can do to rectify the matter. Thanks so much for your time and input. It is valued.
