Guest guest Posted October 28, 2004 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 Alenna and everybody else on the list that is fighting for disablilty payments, I feel so sorry for you guys having to fight for what is rightfully yours. It isn't fair that you should be put through this. In Canada you have to claim for income assistance first and if that is ok'd you then claim for disablity. I haven't worked for some 30 years and my husband makes good wages so I wouldn't qualify as much as I'd like to go back to work. Good luck with all of your claims I hope you are successful. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.
