restless leg pain management?

I need to know what works well for restless leg pain? Hydocodone is not

doing much aside from constipation. The pain in her legs is waking her up

at night and making it hard for us all to sleep. She is sleeping much

better except this leg pain wakes her. I was told it was likely arthritis

and perhaps it was originally but now her leg JUMPS, mostly right leg but

sometimes both. I can feel the muscles twitching fast and tightly where she

says it hurts.
