Good luck with your appeal Janine. I didn't know they could deny

after preauthorizing, but I guess I have learned they can do

whatever they want! September and October are my favorite times on

the Cape, so I'm sure you'll have a great time. It's perfect b/c

most of the crowds are gone, less traffic, but the weather is good

and the ocean is warm unlike the spring months.
