Guest guest
, Well, now I'm using Clobetasol and Estrace once a day on alternating days... in other words one day Clobetasol, the next day Estrace. Once a week I use an Anusol vaginal suppository. I take Prelief three times a day for Urethral symptoms. I was also on an Oral Vistaril/Topical Atropine protocol, but started regressing when I wasn't using the Clobet/Estrace and she didn't want me to do them both at once. This is a new treatment that found when at a seminar on Vulvar Pain in Europe. Apparently the Atropine is supposed to have similar qualities of the Capsaicin without the burning. I didn't use it long enough to see if it was going to help - but will go back on it when she says I'm ready to. I'm hopeful this will help. At any rate, the ONLY things that have ever helped even a little are these things that has me doing. I improved dramatically in the first two weeks. It is kinda disappointing that the improvement didn't continue escalating, and I hit a plateau, but I am happy that something finally helped! Oh, and I am *supposed* to do some exercises for pelvic floor muscle instability, but I'm too lazy and don't do them. Sigh. I think they were helping, I just need to get back to them. Maybe that should be my New Year's resolution. Have you been doing the Cap treatments at home ? How is that going? ----- Original Message ----- > - Yes please tell me , and everyone listening what else you have/are > trying and whether it has helped . . .jennifer in Florida
