Guest guest
Sharlene My mother told me not to purchase the cheapest one I could find. Although I got this one at an excellant price. Reg. $1699, I got it for $849 from Sears. I like the pre set programs, it also shows you fat/calories burned and it takes your pulse. It also folds up which is great because I don't have a lot of spare room. I run a home daycare in a fairly small three bedroom house. I don't have a lot of extra room! I don't think you need to be in great shape just to get started. After losing 20 lbs I am still 221 lbs. I just started slowly. Walking for 20 minutes, once you start doing anything on a regular basis it gets easier and the results are worth it. Wow, , yours sounds awesome. While mine is new enough that I'm not familiar with it, I don't think it does that. I'll have to check the owner's manual. I'm too out of shape to do anything like that but I'm hoping to get better with time and decreasing pounds.
