** Thanks for the update, Tina, but I can't tell you to stay on

what you're taking until I know what you're taking. To read what you

wrote, it appears that one Primal Defense a day is responsible for the

changes. I know that's impossible, but I don't know what else, and in

what amount, you are taking of the other things I've talked to you

about. It's important to understand that it will take time to see

more improvement. It took years to become this depleted. IYou will

experience continued improvement over several months to a year+.

For everyone -- DETAILS, please. I can't help with you without details.

Also for everyone, please do not think that the things that are

helping Tina or anyone else can be successfully adopted by you. Each

person manifests the chemical injury differently. Do not take a

protocol that has been carefully designed for another person after

they've engaged in 2 hours of private consult and countless email

exchanges. You willl not get the same results and you risk worsening

your condition.

Regards,

Thanks !! I hope things continue to improve for me too. Its been on long hard road. Im not where near 100%, and just dont feel comfortable anywhere, and am having a hard time with feeling little joy and happiness, but if none of us posted til we were well there would be no group, LOL!! So I think its important to let everyone know when I have posted some pretty desperate post, that things are getting better even though Im still having some pretty bad days.

To me, any improvement gives me just that much more hope.

Tina,

You are an inspiration to me. The fact that you make it through work every day feeling as bad as you do is a big deal. I also struggle with work every day. This morning the nausea and anxiety were almost unbearable, but it got a little better after lunch. I keep telling myself it is not always going to be this bad. Hang in there.
