Guest guest
, I just remembered...I have also been washing all of my clothes in hypoallergenic nonscented bleach free detergent from the co-op seventh generation is the brand name. I was told to only use powder detergent because many liquid detergents have extra antibacterial propertys that the doctor said would make problems worse. I also do not use any clorine bleach, only non clorine bleach only when necessary. I also use seventh generation liquid fabric softner that has no added fragrences and is hypoallergenic. The doctor told me that fabric softner sheets have fragrences in them and can be irritating. I have also been bathing only with Dove unscented sensitive skin soap. I have found that this is the only soap that does not make me itchy. Of course I only wear cotton underwear and often only the wemons boxer kind. Whenever I am at home I go without underwear. I use newborn hypoalergenic fragrance free baby wipes, a squirt bottle with filtered water, and all natural toilet paper too. When I get out of the tub or shower I use a hairdryer to dry off with to further prevent infection. If I think of more things I have tried I will let you know.
