Guest guest
, I just had a totally frustrating experience this afternoon where I felt total brain " overload " and could not think straight and had great difficulty trying to think through and make a decision. I find, since I've been on these drugs, that over the past couple of years I have great difficulty thinking through (clearly)and making even what I would say are simple decisions. I can't get my brain to work well enough to process through making decisions. I'm 42 yrs. old and find it quite embarrassing and extremely frustrating that I can't think clearly and make decisions. It's like my brain just stops working. Is this due to withdrawal, or is it because there has been damage done to my poor brain from all the mind-altering drugs that I have taking over the years? Can my brain be restored and this problem corrected or is this damage permanent? I get angry just thinking about all those drugs the psych. doctor had me taking for such a long time, not even aware, or probably not even caring what damage it was doing to my brain. After our conversation I got to thinking about what you said - that I have nutritional defiecency that may be genetic because of both my parents dying from cancer. Do I need to take somekind of digestive enzyme or something that will help my body to absorb the proper nutrients that I eat and take in by supplements so that I don't have the same fate as my parents? Does my question make sense? If my body isn't assimilating the nutrition that I am taking in everyday is there something I can take that will allow my body to take in these nutrients? What's the purpose of eating right and taking supplements if my body isn't going to make use of the vitamins and nutrients appropriately? What do you think? Is there a product out there that can aid my body in absorbing and taking in the necessary nutrients I need in order to stay healthy? I don't know if you have an answer to the following question or not, but there is alot of talk about antioxidants and other " stuff " that a person can take to destroy the unhealthy " free radicals " that lurk in the body just waiting to destroy a person's immunity system. What are your thoughts and understanding about this and what do I need to do to ensure my body and immunity system stays healthy and protected. Maybe this is beyond the scope of this website and your training, but I thought would run it by you anyway. I do want to know what I need to do to - eat nutritionally and take supplementally to build up my body's immunity system to fight against the cancer cells in my body. Again I apologize if this is asking questions that are beyond the scope of this group website.
