Do you mind sharing who was the tech. that treated your son. Maggie- My son was cast/fitted and went for weekly adjustments with Ari. She was wonderful, very informative and knowledgeable about the process, I must have asked 100 questions and she always answered them with patience and concern. But she was pregnant and left for maternity leave about mid way through our time. Cari took over and she was equally just as knowledgeable and caring, always ready to explain where growth was happening for us. They would squeeze us in after our pt sessions since they were right around the corner, no appt., just come on in and we'll see you- made my life so much easier and I was so grateful! We couldn't have been happier with our treatment process/success. Fatima is the Patient Coordinator and she is very friendly and helpful as well- she can let you know about your ins. and what they have paid in the past. You will love the place, they are super sweet and have really cute themed rooms. Good luck and let me know if you were looking for something else answered more specifically. Keep us posted!
