I'm laughing hysterically Ken....thanks for the chuckle! I will go to the site, but in the meantime, is that 1/2-1 gallon of apple juice per day?

Yikes...that would send my blood sugar soaring!

Hi Debbie!

Sand and sludge is a guess by your doctor if he is only looking at a

liver enzyme result. It is possible that you only have one small

stone blocking the liver or gb duct... It is also possible that he

is right... cholestorol sludge like most Americans and like us!

Forget the surgeon and his knife... unless you have a thing for

getting cut. High liver enzymes means you are a good candidate for

the gb/liver flush... not surgery. Follow the flush instructions

posted on this site or Hulda 's...

basically 1/2 - 1 gallon of apple juice for 4-5 days...

fast after 12.00 on the last day...

epsom salts drink or disodium phosphate capsules at 5.000 and 7.00.

1/2 - 3/4 cups of virgin olive oil right before you go to bed with a

lemon or grapefruit chaser or mixed with it...

Go striaght to be and lay on your right side curled up for 20

minutes... fall asleep... and voila... Sand and sludge removal!

The change your diet to 33%+raw fruits and vegies... reduce dairy

products drastically... drinks lots of filtered water each day.

Flaxseed or cod liver oil each morning along with lecithin and a

little oj will keep your cleaned out and the bile smooth. Add a

little bile salts for extra protection!

I think that ought to cure you... could you send 1/2 of of the

doctors fee to the following address:

Doctor's Ingnorance Retirement Fund

1234 Sand & Sludge Way

Fool's Gold, GB 92345

Attention: Unnecssary Operations Department

This way they can still have their profit without harming you.

Thanks,

ken a.

Ya Deb... Most of us use about 1/2 - 3/4 galon of apple juice a day

on the flush... It really cleans you out!!!

Maybe you can get some low cal apple juice... I believe that its

called vinegar! My mom actually did the flush with apple cider

vinegar years ago. Perhaps mix it into apple juice and dilute with

water... I'll have to study how that might work... but if some

flushes are done with vinegar and awter and others with apple

juice... you would think a mixure would work and solve your blood

sugar issues!

Debbie;

One of the best things I know of to deal with Sand and Sludge is to have a colonic done, but before getting the colonic, around two to three hours before the colonic, take around two to four ounces of olive oil (can be done as a concoction of fruit juice and oil). This has caused me to have some very strong flushes because of the combination of the colonic and the flushing being at the same time. Gravel is often noted as working it's way across the bottom of the view tube.

I have one extra advantage in that my colonist also uses ozone and insuflates it after around a half and hour or so. This tends to cause more "stuff" to move through the tube. Usually this "stuff" is noted as being either more mucous, lymph fluid, or candida.
