Sheryl, Everyone,

I have been on the low oxilate treatment with great improvement for

several years now. It was my initial impression that I was severly limited.

After learning what foods I could eat and learning to cook with them I now

find my diet is more healthy and varied than before. We are adjusted to

eating many pre prepared items and convience type things and the low oxilate

diet is more cooking from scratch. It's also healthier in many ways since

I'm so much more aware. Also after you start to feel better you can try

different medium foods and see which ones you can have and in what amounts

and how often.

I started taking guaifenisin 9 months ago and have seen much more

improvement overall, especialy in the vulva pain department. I'm happy to

report I've been able to add tomatoes and a few other things I couldn't eat

before. Be well.

Blessings,

Shirley.

(P.S.I think the vitamin to avoid is C not E and then C should be limited to

250 mgs a day. The reason being C causes the body to make more oxilates)
