I think you SHOULD take 's colorful suggestion about camping out at the

offices with the kids until they hand you a card or an interim card.

Complaining by phone is one thing; complaining in person is something different

altogether.

thanks jac, but from what i can tell, once the card is ordered, it's basically

out of my worker's hands. the card itself is mailed from albany...

is a person supposed to starve before they get any fucking service around

here?!

can you guess what happened? or should i say, hasn't happened?

remember that goddamn fucking medicaid card i needed before i could buy any

groceries? do you think i've gotten it YET?!

i have called my case worker every fucking day for the past 4 days. she

doesn't understand why i haven't gotten the card yet. she says it was

authorized. she says she doesn't want to order a new one again, because every

time a new one,is ordered the old one is no good cause they change the fucking

sequence number. so if she orders another new one and then the other new one

comes in the mail, it'll be no good cause there will be another one on the way.

get that?

so every day i sit here and wait for the fucking mail and hope and pray that

my card will be in there. today the mail didn't come until 4pm! the whole

fucking day is gone before i know whether or not i can finally go to the grocery

store the next day.

what kind of fucking system is this anyway?!

I'm so sorry their screwing up so much with something so important! They

definately sound like idiots! Can't they call and do a trace or something??

Don't they have some sort of emergency funding for this type of problem?
