Guest guest
Hello everyone: Here's a pretty gross question for you all: what is " normal " vaginal discharge supposed to look like? Do you guys have discharge all the time? I know everyone is probably different, but is there some kind of standard somewhere by which to judge what is " normal " ? I'm asking this because the new doctor I've been seeing has put me on antibiotics twice for what she calls an infection in my cervix and lining of the uterus. After the first round of antibiotics, she said the infection was still there and put me on another antibiotic. But, the discharge is still coming and, in fact, I think it's been this way since my baby was born TWO YEARS ago!!! Could I possibly have an infection from that sponge the idiot OB left behind for 11 days? How could all those other doctors miss it? Although, I don't think anyone else ever even cultured for infection. Thanks for any info. Dena
Guest guest
Dena, Here's a web site that tells the difference between normal and abnormal discharge. Hope it helps. http://www.mckinley.uiuc.edu/health-info/womenhlt/vagdisch.html > Hello everyone: > > Here's a pretty gross question for you all: what is " normal " vaginal > discharge supposed to look like?
