Douches/ peroxide/ Betadine

ok, so I fibbed, LOL

what are you doing up so late? I just remembered you're not from the USA... HI, and probably good morning to you. LOL

I just caught your post about douching with Peroxide. Just a thought, but have you considered the Povidone Iodine? (Betadine) We had a discussion a year or so ago and from what I recall it was excellent for yeast, bacteria, and viral infections, how 'bout those apples? haha.. I know our moms and grandmothers used it a long long time. OH and also I remember we had a retired gynecologist (remember Ora?) on our list as well who swore by it in his practice for HPV (Human papilloma virus ... warts.)
