Week 1 - Lost 2.5 lbs Week 2 - Lost 1 lb Week 3 - gained .5 lb Week 4 - Lost 4.5 lbs! I think the key was drinking water. I made sure to drink at least 3 sports bottles worth of water each day (that =3/4 - to 1 whole gallon of water per day) I also did 2 days of 30 min cardio - walking on a treadmill at interval speeds (2.2 mph-3.7 mph) Kept within my points - went over points maybe 3 days by one point.
