Well, I'm going in the morning to have my week weigh-in & I hope to see at least a pound gone *keeping fingers crossed* Was so hungry the other day & ended up going over on my points, 2 pts. I didn't beat myself up, I just got back OP. I made a yummy dinner tonight. Took 2 warm corn tortillas, put a cooked small white potato diced on top with vegetarian refried beans, salsa, Morning Star " crumbles " , black olives, 1 oz part-skim mozerella cheese. It was very filling & only 7 pts. Getting in my water (because the weather has been great! Lots of sunshine). Been keeping busy. I just hope it shows on my weigh-in... Have a nice day!
